The following terms are for items for sale through our website and do not cover Birth Pool Hire.  Terms for Birth Pool Hire are available separately via our booking enquiry link.  Please see the link at the bottom of the Birth Pool Hire page to make an enquiry.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of shipping and handling costs.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

Method of Payment

Our preferred method of payment is bank deposit / internet banking.  Our account details will be provided at checkout.  Please ensure you reference your payment with your order number. 

Once payment has been processed and clears in our account your order will be dispatched within three days.

We also accept payments via PayPal.  Once you have completed at checkout, we will email you with payment details.  Alternatively our payee email address to use when making payments is helen@aquabub.co.nz

Layby

We offer a layby service which requires a 20% deposit, and balance of order paid within six weeks. 

Dispatch of Orders

Aquabub aims to dispatch orders within three days of cleared payment.  We will advise you of any delay.  An email confirmation will be sent when goods are dispatched.

Shipping

All orders are shipped by CourierPost.  Shipping is charged on a value basis which is accessible at checkout.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase a full refund will be provided (excluding books, magazines, DVD's and teething necklaces) less the shipping cost provided the following conditions are met:

1. Contact MUST be made with us first by email for approval prior to returning. Contact must be made within seven days of invoice date.

3. Items must be in original condition (unused and unwashed).  Any packaging must be unopened and instructions complete.
